Human Appeal International Australia is a non-governmental humanitarian organisation seeking funds from supporters to assist in providing services to thousands of poor and needy people through programs in Food relief and development projects in Health and Education.

Today there are millions of disadvantaged orphans around the world, who don't have the same opportunities as other children. Human Appeal established the orphans sponsorship project in order to reduce the orphans crisis.
With over one billion people worldwide having no access to safe drinking water, and almost half the world's population lacking adequate sanitation. Human Appeal International has been working to provide safe water to underprivileged communities since 1991. This includes digging water wells and providing and distributing drinking water in the places of crisis.
Zakah is an annual tithe on one's wealth or possessions. Zakah is one of Islam's obligations and one of its five main pillars. Human Appeal International accepts your Zakah at any time. By donating your Zakah to HAI, we will choose the best target for it, or you may stipulate a target yourself.
Social project are established to develop the poor and under crisis societies. These projects include: Income generation for poor families; educational projects and medical projects. Your donation to these great projects makes a big difference to these survived societies.

Year 12 Muslim Achievement Awards - Thursday, January 19, 2012
Human Appeal International will host its 5th annual Year 12 Muslim Achievement Awards. These awards are to recognize and reward the students that have achieved an ENTER of 90% and above (in Victoria). We acknowledge that this result is an accumulation of 13 years of hard work and dedication. 

For students that have not yet registered, please contact HAI on (03) 9386 4677 as registrations close 5pm Wednesday 15th February 2012.
Sounds of Light Prize Draw Winners Announced - Tuesday, January 10, 2012
Human Appeal would like to thank all the attendees of the Sounds of Light concerts in Sydney and Melbourne who participated in the prize drawings for an iPad 2 and submitted feedback forms to help us improve Sounds of Light for the future.

The Sounds of Light concerts has once again come to Sydney and Melbourne on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th December 2011, and provided a great night of world class entertainment from Gulf Echo, Irfan Makki, Meshari Al-Aradah, Maher Zain and local talents including The Brothahood. The stars of the night, the orphans from Gaza showed the audience that there is hope for orphans, and that we have a responsibilty to take care of them.
