Feeding a Needy Family:
 By paying an amount of money the donor can sponsor a needy family for the entire month of Ramadan. This amount is stipulated by HAI and it is determined to be enough for the sponsored family to buy food and other necessary items. For 2010 / 1431H it costs just $300 to sponsor a family for the entire month of Ramadan.
