What proportion of donations is spent on administration?

HAI keeps its administration costs to a minimum. Only 13-15% of sponsors' donations are allocated to administration and management costs.

What is the purpose of having an account with HAI?

Having an account with Human Appeal International website allows you to organise and personalise your donations and gifts. All donations you make through the website will go under your account in our database. Also when you log in to your account you can update your personal and contact information. Can I specify the fund and destination of my donation?

Yes, you can choose the type of fund of your donation (eg. Sadaqa, Nadir, Zakat Al-Mal, Orphan fund, Wells, etc). Also, you can choose the destination country of this fund. The country must be in the list of HAI's Countries of Operation. Click here for more information about  our projects and campaigns. Does HAI participate in activities other than charity work?

Yes, Human Appeal International participates in and sponsors various activities that relate to community activities. For example, participating and   sponsoring local community festivals, youth activities, and so on.
