Approximately 3000 people attended the concert at Allphones Arena, Sydney Olympic Park and over 1500 people attended the concert at the Melbourne Convention Centre, South Wharf. The concerts provided an evening of family entertainment whilst at the same time reminding us of the importance of taking care of orphans and the less fortunate. One attendee said "Fantastic organisation. The orphans that came out this year to perform really touched our hearts. May Allah reward you for all your efforts". Alhamdulillah this year's Sounds of Light concerts was able to obtain 750 orphan sponsorships.
We would like to thank all those who attended, all the generous people who donated and sponsored orphans, and to all our talented performers Maher Zain, Irfan Makki, ::صدى الخليج الإنشادية - Gulf Echo Band::, Azhar Usman, The Brothahood, Meshary alaradah. Special thanks to our local talent Esraa Zahraman, Muhlise Sena Asaroglu, MFL, students from Rissalah College, Iqra Grammar College, and Australian International Academy. You made both concerts a great success!
