Human Appeal Australia proudly sponsored the Divine Melodies Islamic Cultural night held in Sydney on Sunday 31st March 2019. A remarkable event that celebrates the rich Islamic heritage and culture of Bangladesh. The Divine Melodies event has attracted close to 700 attendees. During the event the therapeutic Quran recitations warmed the hearts and minds. The audience were mesmerised by Bengali Nasheed vocalists’ performance and entertained by short drama and comedy show. Every performance was spectacular.
Human Appeal Australia representatives from Sydney Amin El-Bureeny, Omar Al-Jamal, and Abdnaser Ali as well as Zakaria Amin from Human Appeal Brisbane introduced attendees with the significant charitable work of Human Appeal in Bangladesh and worldwide.
Through the generosity of the audience and while enjoying this beautiful event, 10 orphans were sponsored and general donations has been received to help orphans and deprived children.
Over the course of 20 years, Human Appeal have included Bangladesh as a destination for many charitable programs including orphan sponsorship, water wells, emergency relief, Ramadan and Qurban projects. Many disadvantaged people have benefitted through our sustainable income projects, providing them with a source of income and decent living.
Human Appeal Australia sponsors over 8000 orphans in 15 countries, providing them with financial aid, food, clothing, medical aid and education. Part of these orphans are from Bangladesh. Human Appeal Australia has its own office in Uttara, Bangladesh. It is a great opportunity to do more and change the lives of many more people.
