For over 35 years, Human Appeal Australia has stood beside vulnerable communities — through war, poverty, and disaster — in more than 46 countries. None of it happens alone. Today, over 250 volunteers across the country give their time, skills, and compassion to make our work possible. When you join them, you become part of something bigger than yourself: a community of people who show up for others, and for each other.

What to Expect?
As a volunteer, you'll be the friendly face of our cause out in the community, representing Human Appeal at shopping centres, Eid festivals, and events, helping with campaigns, and lending a hand behind the scenes when needed. It's a flexible, rewarding role with full training and support along the way, and all we ask is that you're reliable, approachable, and happy to give your time to the events and campaigns you sign up for. The more consistently you show up, the bigger the difference we make together.
