Water Wells

Give Safe Clean Water Solutions to the Needy

Water is the key to survival! Human Appeal Australia has been working to provide safe drinking water to underprivileged communities since 1991.

SINCE 1991 HUMAN APPEALS HAS BUILT

OVER 25,000 WATER WELLs FOR

MORE THAN 3 MILLION PEOPLE

HAA contributes to resolving the water crisis in many ways, this includes building water wells and providing and distributing drinking water in places of crisis. These places include: Burma, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kyrgyzstan, Somalia, and Afghanistan among others.

Together we can provide long-term solutions and provide people with their basic rights of having clean water.

Over 1 billion people worldwide don’t have access to clean drinking water.

Building water wells is one of HAA’s most successful projects. This is a beautiful form of charity as it is classified as “Sadaqa Jariya” – which means the giver continues to receive rewards for their donation as long as it provides ongoing benefit to others.

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) says: “Providing water is one of the best forms of charity”(Narrated by Ahmed).
