In a devastating turn of events, a catastrophic earthquake with a magnitude of 6.8 has hit the Al-Haouz and Taroudant provinces in Morocco. This tragic event has left an irreversible impact on thousands of lives, tearing apart communities and families.

More than 2,946 people have lost their lives. Over 5,674 individuals have been injured, many severely. Countless residents have been forced to flee their homes, currently living in make-shift conditions with limited access to basic necessities. The tremor has destroyed numerous homes, schools, and other crucial buildings, creating an urgent need for reconstruction and rehabilitation.
