NSW Floods Appeal 2025

More Than 1100 Homes Lost. Communities Devastated. Help Us Rebuild Lives.

A State in Crisis – A Nation Called to Act

In the wake of devastating floods on the NSW Mid North Coast, over 1,100 buildings have been declared uninhabitable. Entire communities are displaced. Families have lost not just homes, but memories, livelihoods, and stability.

This is one of the most severe weather events to strike NSW in recent years.

Tens of thousands of homes have been damaged, and recovery efforts are ongoing as the NSW State Emergency Service (SES) and NSW Reconstruction Authority continue assessments and clean-up operations. More than 10,000 damage assessments have been carried out — and the number continues to grow. “We are continuing to resupply isolated communities and we still have a few residual jobs to attend to… Our SES volunteers have worked tirelessly, even while their own homes were at risk.”
Colin Malone, NSW SES Assistant Commissioner

What They’re Facing: A Sobering Reality

Aerial images show the heartbreaking extent of the flood’s impact — entire properties submerged, farmlands transformed into lakes, and animals stranded on tiny patches of dry land.

“The scale of damage is staggering… Entire communities have been cut off.”
— M’Shenda Turner, Nearmap

This isn’t just a natural disaster. It’s a humanitarian crisis affecting our fellow Australians — people who need our support now more than ever.

Every moment counts. Every dollar helps bring hope. Let us unite in compassion and stand with those in need. Thank you for your continued generosity.
