From Tuesday 22nd of September till Saturday the 26th of September, Human Appeal’s Director, Mr. Bashar Al-Jamal, travelled to Afghanistan to supervise the distribution of aid to the victims of the recent floods in the country.
He visited the province of Parwan and the capital of Kabul, the locations of the regions most affected by the mass floods.
Mr Al-Jamal was also glad to the Minister of Economy, Dr Karima Hamid Farbayi as well as the Governor of Parwan province, as they thanked Human Appeal for its support as well as discuss how to best utilize Human Appeal’s resources to help the victims.
After the distribution of food parcels to the victims of the floods, Mr Al-Jamal supervised the implementation of the Back To School campaign where school bags, stationary, books and uniforms where distributed to orphan children.
