Last week Kingsgrove North High and Wiley Park Girls High attended Human Appeal Training centre in Punchbowl for a healthy relationships workshop. Girls addressed issues such as domestic violence and abuse, respect and bullying. This great initiative is a part of the week 2 “Wise Up” mentoring and leadership program run by Lighthouse Community support, in partnership with Campsie Police LAC, the GWS Giants, Bankstown PCYC and The State Emergency Services-Canterbury Unit (SES).

This week twenty girls from Kingsgrove North High and Wiley Park Girls High attended Sutherland PCYC for a fitness and boxing session, followed by a workshop on self-esteem and confidence building.
